Sara Barnett - Director
Sara is co-founder and Director of Keeston Property. Always an entrepreneur, she describes herself as a commercial treasure hunter, looking beyond the obvious for opportunities and is someone who, once inspired, engages comprehensively in projects to achieve results and rewards. As a ‘thinker and a doer’ with a strong sense of purpose - she knows that life changing returns on investment don’t come without the elements of risk, significant resilience and complete commitment to task.
These elements applied and combined with the ability to envisage opportunities laterally as well as vertically, enables her to quickly determine whether a project opportunity is likely to be commercially viable or not.
With an excellent track record in property, Sara’s experience ranges from deal sourcing for buyers, through project management and the development of a successful residential lettings and property management business that was sold for a six-figure sum.
David Keen – Director
David’s passion for building began at an early age. His inspiration and love for construction, architecture, history and design process comes from many architectural innovators surrounding his home in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside and includes, not least, the great Isambard Brunel.
With a font of knowledge and gravitas that can only come from a building career that spans over 40 years with his hands on bricks, stone and mortar, David’s workmanship and attention to detail is assured.
Gifted with an exceptional ‘eye’ for precision and accuracy, he can walk into a building, whatever state it’s in and know exactly what needs to be done to solve a problem.

With an expansive knowledge spanning refurbishment and conversion through to newbuild of uniquely designed properties, Steve’s career began as a Carpenter apprentice, through Site Foreman to Site Management and Project Management roles within national house building firms such as Bryant and Charles Church.
Latterly Construction Director and board member for both Berkeley Homes and Sunley Homes covering major projects across the South, South East and central London areas.
